Order Processing

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.
  • We will notify you with a tracking number when your order has been processed for shipping.

Shipping

  • We ship Entropy Resins to the Continental United States, and Canada. For ordering Entropy Resins in the United Kingdom and Europe, please visit eu.entropyresin.com.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.
  • The shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. these charges are based on posted carrier fees.
  • All orders ship from Bay City, MI USA. Shipping times depend on your location. Please expect 1-6 days for domestic delivery after your order has been processed. You may experience delayed transit times due to COVID-19.
  • Some delivery services treat each individual package/carton in your order as separate shipments. Multiple package orders may arrive separately over a period of a few days. If your order is one or more packages short, allow a few days for the balance to arrive, and then notify us if it is still incomplete.

Damages

In the rare case that your shipment arrives damaged, please accept delivery and have your shipping agent make proper notation on the package. Please call us to report shortage or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods to receive further instructions.

Returns

  • We can accept returns of undamaged and unopened merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days after you originally received it.
  • Contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before returning all or any part of your order. Merchandise may not be returned without RMA.
  • The buyer must return merchandise via the same mode of transport in which merchandise was shipped.
  • The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and shipping fees unless we made an error on our end.
  • We’ll issue a refund after we receive the returned items and verify compliance with the terms listed above.

Warranty

Because Gougeon Brothers, Inc. cannot control how this product will be used, it makes no warranties either express or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for the purpose intended. Gougeon Brothers, Inc. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
