UV Bioinfusion

 

BINF-UV is a biobased, low-viscosity epoxy resin formulated for rapid laminate saturation with enhanced air release. Its UV resistance ensures excellent gloss retention and protection against yellowing. It is ideal for use with Entropy Resins BIOinfusion hardeners.

Features:

    • 32% bio-content resin, offering a sustainable option without compromising performance
    • UV-resistant for clear carbon parts with enhanced gloss retention and resistance to yellowing
    • Very low VOC, reducing harmful emissions and improving workplace safety
    • Very low viscosity for rapid saturation of fiberglass, Kevlar® and carbon fiber laminate with resin infusion and VARTM processes
    • Enhanced air release for excellent surface quality
    • Room temperature cure suitable for a variety of composite components and structures
    • Long shelf life ensuring long-term usability

    • BINFS-UV is a biobased, UV-stabilized slow hardener
        • Infusion Time: 6-6.5 hours at 72°F (22°C) for a typical ¼ inch thick laminate
        • Vacuum Off Time: 19.5 hours at 72°F (22°C)

Quality Control (QC) Bioinfusion Resin

     

    BINF-QC is a biobased, yellow-tinted, low-viscosity epoxy resin formulated for high-performing composites with visual quality control. It is perfect for projects where aesthetic consistency is paramount.
