What To Do if Your Order Arrives Damaged?

Damage or Shortage LTL or FTL Shipments: Accept delivery. Have agent make proper notation on freight receipt so you may file a claim with delivering carrier. Discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipments: Accept delivery. Have agent make proper notation on the package. Call UPS for inspection of damage. Then call us so we may file a claim with UPS. Please report shortage or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods.

 

What To Do If Your Order Is Not Complete?

Some delivery services treat each individual package/carton as separate shipments. In some cases, multiple package orders will arrive separately over a period of a few days. If your order is one or more packages short, allow a few days for the balance to arrive, and then notify us if it is still incomplete.

 

Returns Policy

Returns of undamaged and saleable merchandise will be accepted. You must first contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Merchandise may not be returned without an RMA. The buyer arranges and pays for return shipping to Seller.
The buyer must return merchandise to Seller via the same mode of transport as merchandise was received by Buyer from Seller. A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns and charged to the method of payment used by the Buyer to make the original merchandise purchase.  Refunds that meet this policy will be issued upon merchandise receipt by Seller and inspection for compliance with the above terms.

 

Warranty

Because Gougeon Brothers, Inc. cannot control how this product will be used, it makes no warranties either express or implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose intended. Gougeon Brothers, Inc. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
