All web orders take 24hrs to process and will ship within 2-3 business days. All bulk orders are FOB Hayward, CA. For in stock bulk orders please allow 7-10 days prior to pickup. For out of stock orders or custom orders, allow 4-6 weeks prior to pickup. Local Pickup option is available for no charge but limited to Hayward, CA for retail epoxy kits and requires prior arrangements for pickup. Shipping holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Special shipping schedules may also occur during the last week in December between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, follow the directions below and we will repair, replace or exchange the product(s). We warranty all products for up to two years from the date of purchase for damage due to workmanship. Unused epoxy products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened epoxy products are not returnable for a refund.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about three weeks.
With the product you are returning please include a note with your name, a return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. For returns, if the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit to be used online through our website.
