OUR PRODUCTS
Our goal is to create high performance resins systems that optimize the sustainability of end products by replacing petroleum based chemicals with bio-based renewable resources. By employing bio-derived materials such as pine oil components sourced as a co-product from wood pulp processing and vegetable oil components sourced from the waste stream of bio-fuel processing, we are able to lower our resins environmental impact from processing and improve the overall health and safety of our products.

Super Sap Ecologically Sustainable Epoxy Systems for Fiber Reinforced Composites (FRC) and Adhesive Applications
Super Sap 100 Epoxy – A two-part liquid epoxy system that employs bio-derived components from both pine and vegetable oils. These natural components have excellent elongation properties and exceptional high adhesion properties that make this system ideally suited for a myriad of applications ranging from FRC laminations and coating to adhesives.
Super Sap 1000 Hardener – Hardener system designed for room temperature cure processes. Low viscosity and fast ambient cure rates make it suitable for users wanting a good balance between bio-content and usability.
Super Sap 1100 Hardener – Hardener system designed for use in compression molding applications. With an intermediate bio-content and low viscosity, its ideal for wet layup-laminating processes that require fast heat assisted cure schedules.
Super Sap 1300 Hardener – Hardener system designed for heat assisted cure applications. Our original formulation, used with Super Sap Epoxy 100 the overall system has a bio-content of 70%. With a higher viscosity, its ideal for use in laminating or adhesive applications.
Surf SapEcologically Sustainable Epoxy System for FRC and Coating Applications
Surf Sap 101 Epoxy – Our water clear epoxy system, designed for room temperature cure coating and laminating processes, it contains components derived from vegetable oils. Ideally suited for applications that require a clear finish such as coatings, marine, and surfboard manufacturing.
Surf Sap 1200 Hardener – Water clear hardener system designed for room temperature cure processes. Ideal for laminating and coating processes that require fast cure rates and clear finishes.
